Valve cover for JD B

I have some questions about installing my valve cover that my manual does'nt answer. Is there some kind of gasket or rubber washer that goes around the 2 studs that hold the valve cover on? In my gasket kit I've got 2 aluminum washers and 2 rubber sleeves and I'm not sure where they go. Could they possibly go inside of the valve cover? Thanks in advance fokr any help.

The 2 aluminum compression sleves go under the cap nuts that hold the valve cover on. the 2 rubber rings go around the oil feed tube from the gov. to the cover. be sure to dig the old packing out of the cover and the governer housing or you will never get the compression nuts to start, Good Luck!
