Does anybody know if someone makes NOS grill screens, or if there would even be a demand for such a thing.

Contact Richard Duane, Stevensville, Maryland at 410-643-2899. He makes absolutely beautiful reproduction grille screens for a "B" at $130 a set.

They are properly shaped and have the correct tabs and bends for spot welding and they will fit tight against the grille bars. I saw them last weekend at the Gathering of the Green conference in Moline, IL last weekend. Richard was one of the vendors. You will not be disappointed.
