I saw a 1951 JD B with a 45 loader sell at an auction this weekend. Tractor ran very well, had live hydraulics and very good rubber. Needed to be cleaned up and maybe painted, but every thing was working. It went for $1450.00 in central Iowa. Was this a good buy anyone??

I LIVE IN MICHIGAN,IN THIS AREA IT SOUNDS LIKE A OK PRICE BECAUSE OF THE LIVE HYDS,A LOADER CAN BE BOUGHT AT THE RIGHT AUCTION UP HERE FOR UNDER $200.00, I BELEVE THE HYDS WOULD BE WORTH ANOTHER $200.00. I BOUGHT A '46 "B" THIS LAST SUMMER FOR $1200.00 THAT HAD NEW PAINT,TIRES,AND GOOD SHEETMETAL, I THOUGHT I'D GOT A BARGAIN.HOPES THIS HELPS, JUST FOR THOUGHT,A BOLT ON 3 POINT HITCH NEW WOULD RUN ABOUT $500.00 SO IF YOU SEE ONE ON ONE THATS A BONUS,HOPE THIS HELPS,DAN
