Hey guys, I was wondering if it would be alright to use AW 32 hydraulic fluid in the dual touch-a-matic on the John Deere 40. Thanks in advance for all the help you guys give!

Is there a remote hydraulic cylinder used on that tractor that could get traded onto other tractors?

Here in IL, Wally world carries 10W non detergent.

Anyhow I have used what is on the shelf like 10W30 detergent and also mixed in 10W non detergent when handy in the 420 and never knew the difference. That was back when it liked to bless the earth with what was in the tom.

I have never run the green lsabel stuff.

The last time i bought some, i got it at the john deere dealer. Should have it if there is a dealer in your area.

The reason I ask if AW 32 is healthy for the 40 is because there is nowhere in the upstate South Carolina that has 10W oil, unless someone knows where I can get some 10W from let me know. I would really like to put in the 10W in there if I could find it.
