I haven't seen a blower on a 420/430 but am looking for plans for a front mounted push blade for my 430W. I've seen many 30-40hp tractors in Central Am/Mexico with these single ram front blades which I think would be great for pushing snow. I have a 6ft back blade for the 430 but its slow reverse makes it very pathetic for pushing snow. I have an AC- CA which is a significantly smaller tractor which will run cirlces around the 430 moving snow.

Doug; Why not a loader and snow bucket?

I'd love to have a loader with a snowbucket but I live in Alaska and you just can't find any up here. When I was a kid we had a new 2010 with a loader, quite an improvement from the old 8N, but it didn't hold up. That was our first and only JD until I started collecting 2cyls.
