i have recently ran across a 1937 JD B that has a solid frame, as in the frame has a bellypan, the water pipe is set high and the frame has a small hole where the water plug goes in the head. was wondering if anyone has any info on this, and how rare is it? this tractor is also on all round spokes, origional tires, origional BRASS oil filter, has fenders, origional almost mint steering wheel, and nice not broken pto shield and ears. anyone give me a value? it has been re-painted as it sat for 40+ years before dug out of 2 ft. of mud.
thanks alot.

As stated earlier with the serial number range, from mid 35 models up until the end of unstyled b models, they had a cast iron frame. The only change in the cast iron frame I know of, is in the 35 models holes were not drilled for the spark plug conduit assembly (this new conduit was changed for the 36 models).

BR-BO would use a full cast belly frame. It would also have a fixed wide front end.

Maybe someone put some pieces togather to "make" your tractor?

the serial number is 28813. this isn't the normal cast angle frame..its a full belly frame, as in you couldn't see the water pipe from under the tractor.
