Hi I've got a JD 1010 RUS and I'm trying to remove the rear wheel. It has a splined shaft that the hub goes through. One side came off no problem with a cheap puller. The other side that really needs new seals is giving me fits. Ive sprayed a whole can of pen oil and broke my puller trying to remove. I rented a heavy duty 2 ton puller but still wont budge. Any suggestions or tricks that you know of would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Jeff

Deere sold repair-kits to glue the hubs to the axles. That because many came loose and ruined hubs and axles. The kit Deere sold was a Devcon industrial epoxy kit. So, maybe your's is glued on? If so, you either have to get it hot enough to destroy the epoxy - or - fix it the way you do newer machines with one-piece axle/hubs. That means pulling the final drive and complete axle to change the seal.
