No problem I will be right over to help. Those B's are a treat to work on. Try wrestling the head on a 720 or 820 Diesel they are HEAVY.

thanks for the help mike. just bring your own lunch. this tractor james is working on is as pretty a tractor as you'll see. he bought it as completelt restored and the tibes in the head were leaking and it had never been off. the tracot did run good and didn't smoke at all, but he changed the oil and put in new antifreeze and just for grins checked the water the next morning and it was gone. finally narrowed it down to the head and then the two tubes in it. the trick is going to be to get it all back together without knocking the excellant paint job that it has on it off.

I'd of just done the tubes with the head on. That's what I did on my unstyled B.

Look at the area that encircles the cyl. bores. This is called the fire ring I think ? The smooth side of this area goes towards the cyl. block. This way the flatter or wider surface of the cyl. head can squeeze that crimp better to hold it or so I'm told.
