I am looking at getting a rebuilt carb for my 41 B. It is supposed to have a DLTX 34 but has a DLTX 67. When I get the new one, should I go with the all-fuel 34 for "correctness", of would I benefit any from the gas 67? I have no plans on running kerosene. If the 67 won't help me any, I'd probably go with the 34. Any suggestions?

You will not get any benefit from a DLTX-67 on your tractor. The compression is low so it was designed for Dltx-34

Jon -- You used the phrase, "when I get a new one" implying that the DLTX67 is not serviceable. And so -- yes, if you need to buy -- try to buy the one that goes with your tractor, but I urge you not to buy just to be "correct". If that carb is worthy of some TLC and can give long years of service -- I'd consider that option. Besides -- I seriously doubt many, other than you, would ever become aware of the DLTX67 versus DLTX34 difference! (PatB)

I was wondering about that. I figured that if it didn't I'd just go with the 34.

The 67 won't give you any added performance.
