I got this tractor to work on and it was a basket case, I have an IT manual and this helps but I need some other info. The steering shaft looks to be splined at the front bolster is that supposed to pull out of that collar? If so what keeps it in the colar when you are using it, also what is the extra fitting on the fuel tank, its a gas model, it looks like a smaller line hooks to it, if so where does it go? Thanx in advance on any and all help you can give me.

The small line off the fuel tank is the vent and overflow line. The line should end on the left lower side othe radiator.

Once you put the roll pin in run a saftey wire through the hole and around and twist it on the outside bend it flat so it won't catch on anything.
