My father-in-law is wondering if his 300B backhoe has a hydraulic sump screen, and, if so, where is it located? Any help would be much appreciated.

As you're sitting on the tractor, find the hyd. filter under your right ankle. Now follow the rubber hose from this filter to the transmission case. Remove the fitting that is screwed in the case and the hose is clamped to. Then reach in with your finger and pull her out AFTER you drain the tranmission/rearend. chris
