When I parked my JD 3020 everything worked fine. When I went to start it the next time the hitch wouldn't lift. Oil is fine. Everything else seems ok. Cable ok and load and depth lever is in lift position. Any ideas??

[quote="Jimmy B in PA"](reply to post at 17:16:38 01/17/08) [/quote If you have 2250 psi to scv then the priority valve that makes sure steering/brakes work should be functioning correctly as it closes at 1600 psi. You would need to do this "with much caution so as to not get mashed" but I would unhook the control cable at valve and operate valve by hand. If this fails then I would lean toward going through the long process by JD tech manual of adjusting the L&D system. Jim

Jimmy by "L&D in lift position" do you mean the "L" slot if so change to "D". When you state lift cable is good is it moving arm on rockshaft valve? Tx Jim

I have tried all 3 positions on the load and depth control lever and cable does move the valve. Any other ideas?? Thanks!

Repost in the front of this section again.

I do not have that much experience with the older models with control on dash. I have a side console.

Sorry

Yes I do have power steering and pressure to SCV outlet. The temperature did not get below freezing. Any other ideas? Thanks!

Do you still have steering? Do you have pressure/flow to SCV outlets? Did the temperature change from above freezing to now freezing?
