Hi everyone. I have a 70 with a #45 loader. I use it for plowing snow and what ever else is needed. The old #45 is in tough shape. I do believe there is a newer and stronger loader that will fit the 70. But I'm not sure what # it is. So what will work??? Thanks

For the price of finding a 48 loader, brackets, low pressure/large dia cylinder, hoses, fittings, tinkering etc. You can find a 20 ,30 or 40 series Dubuque or Mannheim built Deere utility tractor with a model 48 or 240 loader already on it.For the same price. Powersteering, diff lock, high pressure/high volume hydraulics, a slower 1st gear and four or eight reverse gears.

you could put a 48 loader on it. They made them in two styles: full frame, and quick tach. Full frame is better suited for a 2 cylinder, so that the whole tractor is held together with the loader frame.

They had a trip bucket or the single hydraulic cylinder.
