You can have someone with a lathe turn a stepped punch for you. The OD should be just under the OD of the new sleeves (about 0.050" less) and the stepped portion to go inside the sleeve should also be a little smaller. You can measure the new sleeves to see if there is a difference from end to end. If not it doesn't matter which way they go. If so, then compair to your head to figure out which end is big and press from the other end. I used an air hammer to drive mine out. Same process will work on guides. I would heat the head in your BBQ grill to 300 for an hour or so and then hose down the tubes and guides with liquid wrench before I tried to drive them out. Be sure to put some loctite water seal on the new tubes if nothing came with them.
