I have been working on a 41 B with a Wico C mag. it was not clicking when it turned over so i took the impulse apart and the spring was broke so i put in a brand new spring. and now it clicks but it has no spark. I put it back together the same way I took it apart. Would anybody know what my problem is. Any help would be great.
John

Did you change any other parts along with the spring? Make sure your points are clean and gapped correctly. Also make sure you have a good condenser.

I dont have much time for a good answer now but, its likely the points or else the condensor. Make sure they are gapped to 0.105 and if gray or oxide coated clean/buff/polish them but replace if badly burned or pitted.

I think John made a typo, the points are to be gaped to .015
