Are there choices where to buy linings and rivits for a 48A JD-, Does any one have an idea what I will have to pay for same? Mr. B

Go with clooneys suggestion of reestoration supply, I just did a set from them and the are good. I think they have an ad here on this web site

At Central Tractor, I bought linings w/rivets and four new return springs for a JD70. Came to about $70.00

Bliss, "Restopration Supply Co." (508) 634-6915 lists A, G, 60, 620h, 720h "brake linings W/ rivets (both sides)"for $29.00 + $5.75 shipping. They don't list what years they fit though.

Brake disk pads (4 ea) $40.94, Springs $4.17 ea, Rivets $0.57 for enough to do 4 pads. Available John deere, Dyersburg, TN
