There are also relays that control lights that could be giving problems. If I remember correctly they're under the dash. Remove panel under switches to access. Tx Jim

The "40" series have headlamp relays, the "30" series DO NOT.

A circuit breaker is tripping because of overload, or cause there's a poor connection at the breaker, and it's heating up, which is COMMON on these tractors.

The breakers are under the LH cover on the steering pedestal.

Tighten ALL the nuts on the breakers, replace any burnt breakers and repair the "buss bar" or other terminals and insulators as needed.

You can easily tell which breaker is tripping with a test light.

If no problems there, there must be s short in the wiring or one of the lights.

Post back, and let us know what you find!

My first guess would be to remove the dash cowl. On the left side just behind the PTO lever there is a circit breaker box w/ a plastic cover. Remove the cover and check to see if all of the 10mm taps are tight in the circut breakers. We have a 4440 that did the same thing on the ignition switch. Hope this helps.
