The needle fell off of the JD 430W tachometer. Does anyone know how to fix this or does some one work on the originals?

I had mine repaired,the new ones don't look like the originals.

It's a pain in the arse. I glued mine back on wiht krazy glue, but it's tilted wrong and looks stupid.
