I've got a JD2640 with oil in the radiator. Cooler has been replaced, still getting oil in radiator. Removed head, gasket was in good shape, sent the head off to have it checked for cracks and it appears to be ok. What else could possibly cause this? Suggestion appreciated

Sounds like your liner seals are leaking. Assuming you have a diesel engine, these are the o-rings which seal the liners in the block. Could possibly be a hole in liner allowing compression to push oil into coolant passage. Good luck with your project, Jason.
