Just got a used set of snap on duals for my 4010 turbo. Where on the cast wheel on the tractor should I hook the metal fastener rods? Also, how many different fasteners should I use to secure the wheels? They are made out of 5/8" threaded rod. The duals have an L shaped rail all around the inside. Where can I get more of the hooks that fasten to the rail? Any advice or info would be greatly appreciated.

There are loops that fasten to the bolts that hold the cast centers to the outer rim. You might try a tire store that does tractor tires for mounting hardware or a tractor dealer to see if they have any old clamps laying around.
