Need 5400 Shifter Diagram

This tractor is a 1994 four wheel drive. Had to disassemble entire shifting mechanism when transmission became stuck in gear. Trying to figure out where springs/ball bearing belong. Also lower roll pin sheared. Have replaced the roll pin on the "ball" of the shifter on two previous occasions. I read the archives, was there in fact a recall on these machines? Is there a permanent fix for the shifting issues? Original Deere dealer is out of business, can't get Deere rep to see it for weeks (tractor is in Wyoming, nearest technician in Idaho). Would greatly appreciate any help you can offer. Thanks in advance.
