Having fire at the plugs would lead me to believe that the condenser is ok. Is it possible that it jumped time? Have you verified that you have fuel getting into the carb and from carb into engine? If you flooded your engine trying to crank, you could have plugs that are weak. Might try replacing them. Also, check your point gap to be sure it hasn't closed up or gotten too wide.
