We pulled a F145 semi mount 4-14" in heavy black eastern Iowa ground. Could get by with 4th in bean ground and some corn ground,3rd gear on sod. Usualy when it ran warm was when you used 4th,it worked the snot out of it!

Sometimes people post on here just to get conversation going, they might have thought you were going for that. The last pull I went to last year had a turbo"d 830 JD. I hope he brings it back this year, I"d like to get a closer look at it. He had the same trouble you said, needed some more fuel. I would like to see some pictures of your set up too if you ever get a chance to post some.

Not a problem, glad to help. I think you'll like the injectors from Garry.
Keep me posted on how they turn out for you.

Bert, what have I ever done to you??
Should have had duals or chains, that might have helped me way better!

Does it have enough radiator to keep it cool? I ran my Dads 730 diesel all through high school and when you worked it real hard in hot weather you could get it up to 220-230,didn't seem to hurt it. That was after a new radiator because a fan blade went through the original. Good tractors !
