Which is the number 1 cylinder?

1. Where is the fill plug for the rear end lube located?

2. Do you just fill the rear end up to the top?

3. Where is the "drip fitting" to check the engine oil located?

Thank You,

Joe

>>>Which is the number 1 cylinder?

The flywheel side.

>>>1. Where is the fill plug for the rear end lube located?

In the lower pulley side area of the rear cover, basically behind and below the right axle housing.

>>>2. Do you just fill the rear end up to the top?

Fill to the lowest thread.

3. Where is the "drip fitting" to check the engine oil located?

Under and a bit forward of the pulley.

If you had specified the serial number I could have provided the part number for the operators manual, which you can get at Deere Publications, 800-522-7448. You really need that if you go very far.
