I have a 60 that i recently bought,it had been sitting for a while.
The pto won"t shut off,the lever seems to work like it should, could the clutch plates be stuck?

If you wait for warm weather, you can always wear mechanics thin rubber gloves and avoid dirty hands. Don"t laugh!! I wear them and they are nice and you don"t lose the bare-hand feel. Auto supply stores carry them.
