Were any front end loaders made to fit a JD 730? Someone told me once of a "one arm bandit" he saw on a 630 or 730. It had only one arm, on the left side, with only one lift cylinder, and the bucket dumped with a lever-cable-latch type system. Did Deere ever make a loader for this series tractor? If so, what was the model #?

I have a 730 Diesel with an older Farmhand F11. It bolted right on with no modifications necessary (I don't have fenders). I use a PTO pump. I have lifted a known 2000 pounds with it.

I have a JD model 50 front end loader for my 1952 "G" . I'm in the process of reworking it so I can install on my G. I'm sure this loader would work on the 730 since it is the great grand son of the G.

I think the one-armed bandit as you call it is a Ford make

THE ONLY LOADERS THAT JD BUILT FOR 730 WERE THE 45 THAT FIT ALL 2 CYL. AND THE 48 THAT WAS BUILT FOR 3020 4020 HAD FACTORY BRACKETS FOR 730. I HAVE ONLY SEEN SALES PHOTOS OF 48 ON A 730. I HAVE A 35 LOADER ON A 630 THAT CAME OFF A 2010. I HAD TO BEEF IT UP AND A LOT OF CUTTING AND WELDING AND BECAUSE OF LOW PSI ON THE HYD OF THE 630 I PUT 4" CYLINDERS ON THE BOOM AND 3" CYLINDERS ON THE BUCKET. I USE IT TO PICK UP 1700# BALES.I THINK NO MATTER WHAT YOU BUY OTHER THEN A 45 LOADER YOU WILL DE CUTTING AND WELDING.
