Slight Radiator Leak on my 1936 D

Just finished restoring my 36" D. Reassembled the complete radiator system. I have developed a slight leak, a drop every 10 seconds or so at the point where the bottom rad tank and side radiator and bottom strap meet. As you know there is a small space at this junction. I was very careful to use permatex aviation sealer and torque the bolts good and tight. Any suggestions are welcomed as to how I can stop the drip. I certaintly do not want to disassemble again. How about a recommended stop leak product additive. Your thoughts are welcomed.

I would just get a bottle of Bars leak, dump it in and warm her up good, it will seal and stay sealed.

Had good luck with black pepper and those tablets from car dealerships. They just talked this over at tool talk....

I'm with Glen on the black pepper, been stopping leaks for years with it. Here's how I do it, as you know D's don't have a water pump so would take some good long hot running to get the pepper where you need it. Now drain first, add some pepper and try to get it toward the leak side add a gallon and then a little more pepper, etc. The better you can get it at the leak sourse the quicker it will seal, I would through in a can of that liquid Bars Leak also, mix it with your solution first. Just stopped a good leak in a A like this last week.
