My Dad has a 1949 "G" and he is looking for a pair of 6.375 pistons and rings or any leads to locate them.

We can be reached at: [email protected]

Thanks, Jody

Thanks for the info, lead, and tips. We will be sure to contact Schooler Motorsports. We are not set in stone what are plans are for this "G" engine.

This "G" will be a puller for the most part.

Thanks again & Regards, Jody

Al Schooler sold them a few years ago and I would think he can still get them. He will tellyou that you can bore them into the stock block, but experience has shown that sometimes it works, but most of the time it doesn't, just not enough wall left, you'll end up resleeving the block. I assume you're building a puller, so why not just have the block resleeved and go 6.5 or more. Schooler Motorsports, Princeton Mo.(660)-748-4475. I understand he is busy with his new home constuction right now so it might take quite a while to get anything from him.
