I found a 4020 advertized with dual hydraulics. I have also seen this term 'dual hydraulics' on other tractors. Is this more than just two SCV's for controlling two remote? Does this mean there are actually two hydraulic pumps? Thanks.

Dual hydraulics means there are two valves and two double acting remote connections. Single means there's just one. None... The later (side console) 4020 used a more modern remote and there's a possibility that three might have been possible as in later eras using that same combined remote valve and connectors. Lots of 4020 never had two remotes.

Just one pump for steering, 3 point, brakes, differential lock and remotes in all cases.
