Did you try Greg? theoldtractorcompany.com
The generic poly ones are shown to a replace the AR39587 and only says for 4000, 4010, & 4020. I thought the 4320 tank was a tad larger so not sure if poly one would work or not? Never sold one for a 4320 yet so it might be too small? Also try that obsolete parts warehouse and A&I.

You can probably get a new one from Deere for a small fortune. I replaced a rusted out tank on a 3010 Diesel a few months ago, could get a new one from Deere yet, but it would have been expensive. Got a used one from a 3010 gas, I guess gasoline absorbs any water floating around in it, instead of letting it settle to the bottom and causing rust, like diesel fuel does.
