Plungers leak from the hydraulic control block were all the handles are, sorry for the terminology but i dont know much about this stuff. This machine is old probably early 1970, my question is how can i get the plungers out to change the seals?

Thanks James

I had a JD motor grader that was about that age and had a similar block where the controls were. To remove plungers on that machine, you would remove the plug at the bottom, and then (with the engine running) bump the control lever for that plunger while holding a cup or something under the opening (where the plug was removed). The hydrolic pressure would just pop the plunger right out. Install the new seals and re-insert.

I"m not sure that your machine is the same, but maybe this helps.
