i'm not familiar with dynos. is that the best way to break one in or could you just not hook up to a good turning plow and break it in that way? sorry if this questions hacks anybody off. i was just curious how it would have been broken in when the tractor was new. a friend bought a new 68 ford pickup and his uncle was a ford mechanic and my friend asked him how to break it in and he was told to break it in like your going to drive it. he left black marks in the dealers driveway. the last time i saw my buddy i asked him about the truck. he said it had over 400,000 miles on it and was just on its second motor.

WinPower makes a 50KW continious and 80KW peak 540 rpm generator. For a modest price you have a dyno and backup emergency power. The 50/80KW will take 75HP all day and 120HP for 3 to 5 minutes are a time.

80kid,
You might check the dynamometer link below for info about the AW dynamometer. It uses the prony brake principle and is easy to calibrate.
