I have oil leaking from behind the belt pulley on my 60. Is there a seal that needs replacing in there?

Yes, on the 60 there is a seal on the main bearing housing. You have to pull clutch fork, disks, clutch driver, belt pulley and PTO drive gear all off crank on that side to get to it. As said below make sure the oil level isn't too full and engine full of fuel/oil mix up to that level. Also make sure trans oil baffle isn't broke off behind reduction gear cover.

Have you checked your oil level? If you have gas leaking into the engine from a bad shutoff, it can raise the oil enough to leak at that point. At least on my B it did that.
