I have a model 50 and all we use it for is spraying tobacco. I was putting down herbicides last week and the clutch wasn't snapping like it should. When I finished I took the clutch cover offf to adjust it and only three of the 18 teeth in the clutch disc drive where still on it, the other 15 were sheared off. Any ideas as to what could have caused this. Last year it had a little raddle when running and the clutch lever off. Should I get a new drive disc or try to find a used one ? How expensive are they? Thanks in advance.

By all means replace that drive disc, If it spins on the crank it will be very costly.
