I would like to put dual hydraulics on my 1955 70 gas. Is it possible to retrofit the outlet box from a 720 or newer model?

70G:

It's really not possible to fit a -20 Custom Powr-Trol box onto your 70, BUT, there was an aftermarket gadget called a "Baker Valve" that sandwiched between you existing Powr-Trol box and the rear casting and added a lever controlled hydraulic outlet that you could use to fire a cylinder, letting the original lever to control the rockshaft, OR, an additional cylinder. Look around the used parts suppliers or Ebay for a Baker Valve and I think you'll be happy with the relatively low cost and labor solution you get from that.
