Loader Mod 45 series 1

I acquired two of these loaders today, anyone know what they are worth and what John Deere they would fit. I do not have any John Deeres as of yet so I have no use for them... Saved them from China!!!

One has bucket and the long adjustable bars, no spool valves. Also rear axel brackets that bolt to axel and loader attaches to them. I will see if I can get them setup to get picture to post latter.....Thanks

I have a model 45 on my '56 model 60. I converted it to hydraulic dump, and also fabricated a slightly bigger bucket ( it is about the size of a skid steer bucket ).

The model 45 loader works well for what it is... It is has good straight arms and no breaks/welds, I would call that a somewhat rare find.

They were also available with either trip bucket or hydraulically controlled bucket.

Thanks, DP and 430WLPG, appreciate the info. Now I know what they fit. I did a search of the Tractor Photos for these loaders found some really great pictures of them mounted on 60, 620 and B. They look good mounted.

Hi keith, those loaders were built in the late 50's and early 60's, and designed to work with the two cylinder tractors, or early New Generation 3010 tractors. There are two different cylinder versions depending if its made for the higher pressure systems. Also had to be mounted on narrow front tractors. 45W was introduced for the wide front tractors.

They were made to fit the letter series to 4010-4020
