435 Power Steering?

I just recently purchased a 435 and was told it has power steering. When running it, it feels like either the powersteering isnt working well or its not there at all. How do you tell if it has power steering? Where is the pump located?

1-800-522-7448 for the real operators, service and parts manuals cheap on paper or CD. Tell us about the oil pump on the left front side of the engine. Have you had the nosecone off yet to replace the grill,check the headlight wiring and tighten the free play in the steering?
