I got a gasket set from O'Reillys for a styled B for $60.00 with a discount through my company. Otherwise it was $79.00.

$200 sounds a little steep for the valve grinding gasket set. [head set] Itwould sound about right for the complete engine set. Make sure the parts person gave you correct quote. If their price is still that high, check with a different dealer. Not all dealers use the same retail parts prices.

When I did the head gasket in my G I got a set for like $55-$60. If I remember right the parts guy called it a valve grind set. I think i had to buy the manifold gasket sepratly. That was a year and a half ago now. it had if I remember correctly... the head gasket, valve cover gasket, water pipe O-rings, lead washers, and maybe a gasket for the air cleaner assembly.

My dealer wants $165 for and unstyled G set. I should have bought them a few months ago when I was pricing them. Seems like the price was $70 or so then.
