I think it takes more that just those parts. You didn't mention the seal(s) that are located at the actual moving shaft. This is where you will see oil from a blown seal. The others are on the piston and will only show as a cylinder that is leaking internally and not lifting. There were at least three different versions of the pistons and seals depending on the age and based on a late-styled "A" book. There is a kit that JD says contains all of the seals and gaskets needed, but youll want to check a parts book carefully after you disassemble your cylinder to determine if the kit will have what you need. The price I found for the kit purchased through my dealer was around $80, which might be considered high, but you have an authentic remote cylinder when you are finished with the rebuild. It might also be expensive because it might include some upgrade parts. I do not know this for a fact, but for example, the seal kits for 45 loader cylinders are very expensive because they incloude the entire front giide bushing. Buying the parts separately in that case is lots cheaper. However, if you go to JDParts.com and total the numbers 14 (2x$719), 15 (2x$1.84), 10 ($5.12), 29 (8.91), 35 ($35.64), you get a number around $70.00. That front double "Vee" seal is half of the total price.
