The #5 project is moving right along, pictures to follow soon. I started riveting the new knives on the bar today and noticed that the new underserated knives are much thicker than the originals. I tested one in a new JD guard and it seams like its going to be an issue with the thicker knife. any ideas?

Did you price a whole knife from TSC ? I didn't think they are that much ? Or maybe you just only need a few sections replaced ??
