I have found a John Deere "H" sitting out in the trees,(some will have to be cut down), and am going to try to buy it. It has sit for years and the tires are shot. Motor is stuck, but tractor is straight. SN 24558 1941 I believe. I am looking for some different opinions as for what to offer this fellow! Thanks, Don

I bought an H that was in running condition for $200. Tires sort of ok. I would think with a stuck engine it might be good for $200 or less.

If he gives it to you for free, you will have AT LEAST $2000 in it when its running good has tires, and painted IF you do the work. Believe me, been there many times. If I wanted one bad, I would give $200 for it, it should bring more than that in parts.
