What year did B's start having an electric starter? What do I need or can I even add a starter to a 1939 B?

Electric start became an option in 1939. Not sure of the exact serial number.

I'd guess that you could probably add electric start to your tractor, but it might be a lot of work. It would probably be easier to find another B given that they only cost a couple of thousand.
