My John Deere 1530 won't lift a 300lb 7 FT blade. It will lift with no weight on it. The JD145 loader runs off the same hydraulic system and works fine. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks

John

Hi, I have a JD1530 and a rear blade. Its only a 6ft blade but I don't have any problem lifting it. Could it have anything to do with your draft control setting? I know that having it one way makes the blade lift operate weird. I can't remember which setting works best but I could check this evening if you don't get any other messages on this. Hope this helps.
