how long to wait, what do you do
I SENT MONEY BACK IN AUGUST FOR AN ITEM AND HAVE NOT HAD THE ITEM SHIPPED. WHAT DO I DO ? WHAT RECOURSE DO I HAVE, CAN I GET MU FUNDS BACK OR HAVE I JUST MADE A DONATION.

I had the same problem. There was no difficulty in charging my credit card right away, but I never received the part. After 6 weeks, I had them refund my card and ordered the part from another site. Got the part in 3 days...

Or is it this site ? and that's what he's doing ? Contact them if you can and ask for a refund or a good answer on when the stuff will be in.

Back orders can and do happen. It's a long boat ride from China. LOL Contact them and see if they can give you a definite delivery date ,if you can't wait that much longer ask for a refund and then buy eleswhere. Someone may just have some in stock to ship.
