Another 2010 question, Hydraulics

I have a 2010 that is in good shape. The main problem I have with this tractor is the hydraulics seem very weak. When the tractor is cool or cold the hydraulics seem to work OK, not great, but OK. As the tractor warms up the hydraulics get weaker and weaker. After about 1/2 hour of plowing I need to rev the RPMs to full/high to get the three bottom plow off the ground. Even then it takes forever to lift the plow. Any ideas?????

The tractor also starts leaking HYD fluid after working the three point hitch for a while from the hole in the center of the undercarriage where the cotter pin hangs out.

I have changed the fluid and the filter twice in the last three months. Will I be able to put a frontloader on this tractor that will work good with the weak hydraulics? Thank you!

Loader will not work properly without good hydraulics. The leak is coming out of the area of the front seal on the trans shaft. Sounds like you need to plumb some gauges into the system to see what your trans pump and main hyd pump are doing for pressure.
