420 with loader good deal or not?

Have a chance to aquire J.D 420 with loader.Loader has down pressure all three cyl.Tin is good ,tires need replacing.Engine does not turn over.Comes with 2-furrow plow.Price is $2000 can.

$2000 in Canadian sounds like a good deal. Plus you're getting a plow. I bought one Michigan for $3000 that was running. If you're don't want the plow, let me know I might be interested.

PS: Does the tractor have power steering? That's a plus for a tractor with a loader.
