Chris, What are you wanting to lift? Hmmmmm. Everyone on here wanting to know lifting capacity on 3 points lately. It doesn't tell in the 6030 Operators Manual but it does give a chart to determine front ballast by using a implement code number chart. Problem is you have to know what the implement code was from JD implement manual to understand the chart. Maximum number of weights on the chart for 6030 was 14. On quick tach front weights it will depend on what width bracket you have and from JD or aftermarket vendor. We had the double weight and 14 bolt on weights on a 6030 and it would lift most anything we wanted to pull. 8 row lister, 11 shank 21 ft. ripper, or 6 bottom plow and of those only the ripper was any kind of load on a 6030 but easy to lift. Some larger equipment is just better to pull on the drawbar though or you will be getting to replace those load control shafts and seals more often. Seeing 10 & 12 row equipment on a 6030 was not uncommon in row crop areas.
