Tech Manual for 70D Powertrol

I am looking for a tech manual for the power-trol unit on a 70D. I called the 1-800... number that I saw on an earlier post that concerned manuals. The person said the only manual for JD powertrols they had was listed as a "SM2022" number but gave no indication of year or model of tractor. Does anyone know if this is what I need.

No, probably SM2022 is the wrong manual for you. It covers the "Custom Powr-Trol" used on the 20 and 30 series. You need SM2011, which covers all hydraulics up to the "Custom" system (ie, letter series and through the 50-70). SM2017 for the 70D refers to SM2011 for hydraulics details.

JDPARTS shows it as costing $45.
