JD 3010 how to value?

This tractor is in mint condition. It was restored when we bought it 5 years ago and since then it has been used lightly, mainly for snow removal and shifting round bales and mowing edges with the bush hog. It is a wide front. The hydraulics are all new. Tires are all excellent. It has a front loader with a 7 foot bucket, live hydraulics. Always shedded. New paint. New seat. Heater so that it always starts in our Minnesota winters. She's never failed me. I'd like to sell it with the impliments if possible, rather like a package deal that would include the tractor, loader, bush hog (new when we bought it and 7 foot size), back blade, auger arms with two augers.

I also have the complete set of books for it that I had reprinted for me...the owner's manual, the parts book and the service manual.

Does anyone have any idea what to ask for it? Or any idea how I could find out? Normally my husband would be taking care of this, but he's no longer able to help with such things.

3pt post hole digger - new at mills fleet farm approximately 350USD not including augers...don't recall price of augers...auctions tend to have post hole diggers go between 300 and 500USD

Loaders vary quite a bit in price because of brand/condition. Could be anywere from 1500 to 5000 USD.

blade size and type makes a difference. Light duty 6' or 7' blades can be bought new for less then 200USD. Heavier ones can get near 1000USD.

round bale movers can be bought new for 200-300USD for smaller ones. Heavier duty run higher. Style of round bale mover can make a difference as well.

Have no idea what a JD3010 restored gasser would be worth. Ones that are mechanically sound and in good shape would probably run as high as 5000USD. Gassers generally don't bring as much as diesels. The wide front will help with the value (narrows tend to not bring as much either). I've seen a 3010D in mechanically sound shape, straight tin, clean decent original paint with brand new tires included three point go for 5000USD (that was about 5 years ago at auction). I didn't have the money, so whoever got it I thought got a good deal.

If I hadn't just spent a lot on a newer skid loader, I'd be interested in checking this out myself (also live in MN). Have 3010D, 4020D, and 52 A.

The mower is a Woods XT172 and it's in excellent shape.

How do I tell what kind of loader it is? I do have pics of the tractor...

I do know the back blade is made for heavy duty use.

Since hubby became disabled, and not knowing much about tractors, I have had a service tech come out to change oil and keep her tuned up and they showed me how to keep it greased up, where to check fluid levels, etc.

Maybe this sounds strange, but I'm sad about selling that tractor. She seems to have a personality and I've kind of developed a relationship with that piece of machinery. She's never let me down and has been such a help to me. I've done my best to take good care of her and I hope her new owner, whomever that ends up being, will also take good care of her. She surely deserves a good home.
