After removing the complete touch-o-matic it appears the leak from beneath is comming from the gaskets that are between the front, middle & rear sections. Before I attempt to disassemble can anyone tell me if it is difficult or anything to watch for. My service manual doesn't give very detail info. Thanks.

I just finished mine a couple of weeks ago and it wasn't too bad of a job. If you have it on a bench remove the 7 bolts that hold the rockshaft housing to the center section and then slide it apart about 4 inches. Then remove the two snap rings on the controll rods and slip the controll rods off their pegs. The rockshaft housing is now free. The front section is about the same. I think there were 8 bolts holding the front section. Slide it apart about 4 inches and remove the snap rings and pull the pins on the controll arms and unhook the springs and the front section will slide away. Replace the two seals on the lever control shafts while you have it apart.

Thanks Dave your are a great help. I feel more confident & yes I have it on a bench and will soon disassemble it as soon as my dealer finds the gaskets & seals.
